		<description>I can&#039;t help but wonder what &quot;transit formula funding&quot; includes?  IS cycling in the formula?  I would hope so!  If the infrastructure can make the roads even more bike friendly, how many cars might that take off the streets?  For that matter, I think I should ride my bike to work next week!
